Partners from the TIER2 project are set to participate in the 19th Munin Conference on Scholarly Publishing, taking place from 26–28 November 2024 in Tromsø, Norway, and streamed worldwide. As a renowned platform for discussions on open access, open data, and open science, the conference provides an ideal opportunity to advance conversations around reproducibility and research integrity.
A key highlight will be a workshop titled "Collaborating for Reproducibility: How Can We Work Together Better?"
by Dr. Tony Ross-Hellauer (Know-Center GmbH) and colleagues from Taylor & Francis, including Dr. Rebecca Taylor-Grant, Matthew Cannon, and Becky Hill. The session will explore strategies for improving cross-stakeholder collaboration to address challenges such as transparency, replication, and publication bias. Participants will engage in discussions across four thematic areas: infrastructure, awareness, incentives, and policies.
The workshop stems from ongoing collaborative efforts within the TIER2 project, reflecting its commitment to fostering reproducibility and open science practices. This event underscores the project's role in uniting institutions, publishers, funders, and researchers to enhance research workflows and promote integrity across disciplines.
Stay tuned for updates from TIER2 partners as they contribute to this important dialogue on the future of scholarly communication.
