A new project derived pre-print is out in MetaArXiv Preprints. The article “Knowledge Production Modes: The Relevance and Feasibility of ‘Reproducibility” authored by Jesper Schneider and Sven Ulpts from Aarhus University delves into the ways scientists generate knowledge, the current methods used for ensuring integrity, their applicability in different fields, and how they interact with reproducibility on a broad scale.
Part of TIER2’s broader aim to elucidate the current state of reproducibility across scientific domains, the article provides a framework for assessing the relevance and feasibility of different types of reproducibility in the realm of epistemic diversity.
